Frequently Asked Questions
What is Peerfy?
Peerfy is a newer and more advanced version of mental health support group. Support groups have been around for decades. They helped people share personal experiences and feelings, coping strategies, or firsthand information about diseases or treatments. We have kept the same community spirit alive while trying to bring innovation within support groups.
Why should i join?
Peerfy will help you raise your voice and share your experiences with others who are going through similar mental health conditions. Your friends & family may not understand the impact of your disease or treatment. But a community of people with shared experiences are likely to have a common purpose and likely to understand you.
What are community guidlines?
There are not very strict community guidlines but in general please try to make sure everyone feels safe. We're all in this together to create a welcoming environment. Let's treat everyone with respect. Bullying of any kind isn't allowed. Please hold each other accountable in a non judgmental way.
"To anyone feeling at their lowest - this won't last forever. Things are going to get better. You are going to get better. You have faced it before and I know you can get through it again."
